Meet the Team
Brittnee McNally
Lead Teacher
Ms. Brittnee brings over 18 years of teaching experience to the classroom. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Ferris State University and began her career teaching at the university’s lab school. During her 15 years there, she worked with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old as well as mentored college students preparing to enter the education field.
After returning to Jackson three years ago, Ms. Brittnee continued her work in early childhood education as a GSRP teacher within the community. She is passionate about supporting each child’s growth and development and creating meaningful learning experiences during their early years.
Ms. Brittnee is excited to be part of the Seeds to Sprouts team and looks forward to helping every child learn, grow, and thrive.
Megan Tingle
MA, BCBA, LBA
Program Director
Megan has been in the behavior field for nine years, and really enjoys working with kids of all ages and abilities. Megan has a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, and a bachelor's degree in communication Disorders. She finds inclusion, play based, and child directed learning most interesting. Megan enjoys working on food tolerance and behaviors surrounding it. When she is not working you can find her spending time with her family, camping, enjoying the outdoors, or having a nice latte from a local coffee shop.

Ashley Gaarde
MA, BCBA, LBA

Ashley has been in the field of applied behavior analysis for eight years, and has worked across multiple settings including home, clinic and school-based learning. She loves watching others find their voice through AAC, vocal communication or sign language and working with families on generalization within the home and community environments. During her free time, she enjoys a good cup of coffee while going on a target run, and spending time with her family.
Bre Bretes
Office Coordinator
Bre has over eight years of experience in accounting and office administration, and she has always enjoyed being around children and supporting environments where they can grow and succeed. Outside of work, Bre spends most of her time with her family and their three dachshunds. She enjoys being outdoors, gardening in the summer, and working on home projects.
Hannah
Lead RBT
Hannah has been working in the behavior field for six years. Her favorite thing about ABA is watching each kiddo learn and grow in their own ways. She spends her free time with her husband and kids and enjoys being outside, going for walks, and fishing.
Jessica
Lead
Behavior Technician
Jess has been working in the behavioral field for the last six years. She loves watching the kiddos laugh, learn and grow their own personality. Jess has a unique personality herself, and brings fun to each session. She enjoys spending her free time with her offspring, husband and houseful of unique pets.
Jaila
Behavior Technician
Jaila has been working as a behavior technician for four years and is working towards her bachelor's degree in psychology. She spends most of her leisure time with her daughter. They enjoy playing outside and watching movies together.
Shelby
Behavior Technician
Shelby has been working as a behavioral technician for the last two years. Shelby has a passion for kids and teaching all things new. She enjoys coaching gymnastics and working in kids' ministry at church. Shelby spends her free time at the beach or hanging out with her family.
Angel
Behavior Technician
Angel has been working in the child education field for the last year. She loves working with children, it brings her joy to help shape young minds in some way or another. When not at work you can find her nose deep in a good book, thrifting with her best friend, camping with her family, fishing, or volunteering with local 4H
